First-in-first-out (FIFO) injection system
Challenge: Raw materials were placed manually in the traditional rubber molding process, and automatic injection was difficult to achieve. At the same time, the special nature of rubber materials made it more difficult. The principle of first-in-first-out is difficult to achieve manually. In the past, injection molding machines generally used the first-in-last-out injection method, easily leading to unstable raw materials.

Optimization of the mold clamping structure
Challenges: Problems such as uneven pressure distribution and mold misalignment during mold clamping will directly affect the accuracy and consistency of the product. At the same time, the traditional mold clamping structure adjustment is cumbersome and inefficient.

- Adaptive mold clamping technology: Our injection molding machine is equipped with adaptive mold clamping technology. Mobile injection system
Challenges: In the past, the vertical fixed injection platform limited production flexibility and was not conducive to the switching and integration of multiple products and multiple stations. Traditional injection platforms require much time and manual operation when changing molds and adjusting production.
