Description
一、The hydraulic system of the machine is controlled by three sets of servo motors, with a flow rate of 100L/min. It features stable pressure, precise adjustment, power saving and durability.
二、A complete set including the upper heat insulation plate, cold runner plate, middle heat insulation plate, upper heating plate, lower heat insulation plate and lower heating plate is provided.
三、A vacuuming device is provided, and the vacuuming time is controlled individually. Additionally, a multi-stage exhaust program is available (optional).
四、The clamping and opening pressure, speed, and stroke of the mold are all controlled separately.
五、Both the vulcanization time and temperature are controlled independently.
六、The injection material volume, injection pressure, injection time, injection speed, and the number of injection segments are all controlled separately.
七、The injection table employs a large oil cylinder with double-cylinder injection to ensure a strong injection force and stable and reliable injection volume.
八、The clamping cylinder adopts a precision-cast composite cylinder design, providing a large clamping force and resulting in less burr on the product.
九、The barrel temperature is controlled by a mold temperature machine, which enables fast heating and cooling and precise control.
