Why do we develop rubber products machines?

In 2017, at the request of our customer Zhongshan Xiongbing, we began to develop a fully automatic rubber product machine. This customer had used our sole machine. He said that the sole machine was so easy to use, so he asked us to develop customized rubber product equipment for him based on the sole machine model to produce Gree air conditioner shock absorbers. The customer used to use the vertical rubber product machine of Yizumi, a listed company, to make products. But he was not very satisfied. As a result, TASU's first product equipment was successfully developed. This equipment solved the problems of traditional vertical product machines, such as large areas, high energy consumption, and high manpower requirements. It was highly recognized by customers and repurchased and upgraded many times.

Advantages of TASU Rubber product Injection Molding Machine

  • Globally innovative fully automatic rubber injection technology: greatly improves efficiency and accuracy;
  • High efficiency: Under the same molding conditions as the hydraulic press, the output of our product machine can double (up to 90-150 pairs/hour);
  • Low energy consumption: Power consumption is as low as 10 degrees/hour (6 stations); the 6-station machine consumes about 400 degrees of electricity for 24 hours, which is about 50% lower than the hydraulic press;
  • Labor saving: One machine has six molds, and only one person is required to operate. A machine can have up to 8 stations, which saves labor (50%-70%) compared to traditional hydraulic presses;
  • Small and thin burrs can be torn by hand: Our machine closes the mold first and then injects the material, which will not produce the platform mold phenomenon. Therefore, the burrs are very small and thin, saving some raw materials;
  • Good appearance: Due to the high injection pressure, the soles and the product bottom flowers are very clear, and the bright matte surface is consistent;
  • Consistent product weight: When the molding parameters remain unchanged, the weight of the left and right feet and the weight of each pair of soles are the same, and there will be no weight deviation;
  • Save mold costs: You can use the mold of the previous hydraulic press without redoing the mold;
  • No limit on the type of work to reduce labor intensity: The machine has a high degree of automation, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced by taking the soles and pressing buttons. The machine operator is not limited in age and gender, which is convenient for customers to recruit workers;
  • Stability: Our sole injection molding machine is controlled by five sets of servo motors. The stability of the machine is reflected in the seat shifting, material feeding and injection, temperature, and feeder;
  • Accuracy: Each station is different according to the mold code. You can set the time, pressure, speed, injection volume, and vulcanization time of mold closing and injection separately;
  • Energy saving and material saving: Save materials (5%-10%);
  • Good cleanliness: When making colored materials, there is no contact with the materials. No pollution will be generated, and the soles are clean;
  • Vacuum standard: Each machine is equipped with a vacuum function as standard, and you can choose whether to use it according to the process;
  • Strong operability: The electronic control system adopts PLC + touch screen (human-machine interface) operation. You can adjust various pressures and speeds directly on the touch screen. Supports multiple languages, easy to learn and understand;
