Mesin Cetak Injeksi Hidraulik Toggle Seri TS mengadopsi desain sirkuit oli canggih dan dilengkapi dengan pengontrol profesional, yang memungkinkan pergerakan alat berat yang stabil, hasil produk yang tinggi, dan kecepatan respons yang cepat. Pada saat yang sama, silinder injeksi ganda baris miring dan rel pemandu linier digunakan untuk membuat injeksi lem lebih akurat dan stabil. - Optional multi-stage exhaust program for enhanced control.
- Mold Clamping and Opening:
- Clamping and opening pressure, speed, and stroke are all controlled separately for precision.
- Vulcanization Control:
- Both vulcanization time and temperature are independently controlled.
- Injection Control:
- Injection material volume, pressure, time, speed, and the number of injection segments are all controlled separately for high precision.
- Injection Table:
- Utilizes a large oil cylinder with double-cylinder injection for strong injection force and stable, reliable injection volume.
- Clamping Cylinder:
- Designed with a precision-cast composite cylinder for large clamping force, resulting in less burr on the product.
- Barrel Temperature Control:
- Controlled by a mold temperature machine for fast heating and cooling, with precise temperature regulation.
